How long does delivery take?
Orders generally require approximately 1–4 business days for processing. After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 7–14 business days. These are estimates and delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, customs, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Why isn’t my tracking information updating yet?
Tracking information can take a short period to appear after an order has been dispatched. If your tracking still has not updated after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we’ll help you check it.
Will all of my items arrive together?
If you order more than one item, products may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple shipments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
